An AI visibility scoring model is a structured 0-100 rating system that measures how likely a website is to be cited, referenced, or recommended in AI-generated answers across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. It evaluates 6 dimensions: Entity Consistency, Content Structure, Technical Readiness, Citation Performance, Cross-Platform Coverage, and Competitive Position.
We built this model at ScaleGrowth.Digital because the question we kept hearing from marketing directors was always some version of: “How visible are we in AI?” Nobody had a number. Between August 2025 and March 2026, we scored 45 brands across BFSI, SaaS, ecommerce, healthcare, and professional services. The average first-time score was 34 out of 100.
