Each quarter has 3-5 strategic objectives with measurable targets. Example: “Q1 Objective: Resolve all critical technical debt. Target: Zero crawl errors in GSC, 100% indexation of target pages, CWV passing on all templates.”
Each objective breaks into weekly tasks with owners, estimated hours, and dependencies. “Week 3: Fix 301 redirect chains (Dev team, 8 hrs). Blocked by: Week 2 crawl audit completion.”
A separate tab tracks 8 KPIs monthly: organic sessions, keyword rankings (top 3, top 10, top 20), crawl budget utilization, page speed scores, referring domains, and conversion rate from organic traffic.
